Mit einem erhöhten Kreditrahmen (PDF) von bis zu 1 Mrd. SEK (90 Mio. Euro) schafft sich WeSports nach dem Börsengang zusätzlichen Spielraum für weitere Übernahmen:
„The revolving credit facility agreement with Nordea comprises a committed amount of SEK 750 million, with an option to increase the facility by an additional SEK 250 million through an accordion option, subject to Nordea’s approval, to a total of SEK 1 billion.
The new credit facility represents an increase from SEK 350 million and 100 million accordion under the previous facility, while also offering fewer operational constraints and lower financing costs.“
WeSports, das u.a. Keller Sports übernommen hat, gehört zu den wenigen E-Commerce-Unternehmen, die derzeit offensiv auf Wachstum und Zukäufe setzen.
Bis 2031 will die Gruppe im Sport- und Outdoorsegment die Umsatzmilliarde knacken. Aktuell liegt sie bei 350 Mio. Euro.
