"Not Your Father's eCommerce" überschreibt US-Analystin Nikki Baird
ein neues E-Commerce-Modell, das wir in den vergangenen Monaten bei Optaros entwickelt haben:

"I
don't often plug ideas presented by vendors, but I encountered one that
I had to mention. The company was enthusiastically recommended to me at
eTail East by the eCommerce executive of a housewares brand – who
wasn't even a customer! The company is called Optaros. I met with them
after the show, and this is the framework they presented for the future
of eCommerce.

We're
in a period of convergence – between Commerce, which I'll define as the
enabling technologies for product purchases, Content (which is far more
than just the product catalog), and Community. At eTail, absolutely
everyone there was interested in community, and the year before that,
the hottest topic was user-generated content. So it seems like Optaros
is definitely on to something."
