Nachdem der Deal mit Farfetch geplatzt ist, sucht die Richemont-Gruppe einen neuen Abnehmer für ihre Online-Tochter Yoox Net-a-Porter. Und wie die Financial Times weiß, sind sowohl Mytheresa als auch BestSecret unter den Interessenten:
„Luxury online retailer Mytheresa is among potential bidders to buy lossmaking ecommerce business Yoox Net-a-Porter from Swiss luxury group Richemont.
Permira is looking at a potential transaction through its portfolio company BestSecret, a retail club based in Germany, according to people familiar with the matter.“
Aufgrund der hohen Verluste gibt es Yoox Net-a-Porter gerade zum Schnäppchenpreis.
Zuletzt war im Luxussegment Matches Fashion für 52 Mio. Pfund an Frasers gegangen, musste dann allerdings doch Insolvenz anmelden.
