Unlängst ist auch die schwedische Viva Wine Group an die Börse gegangen, die zuletzt Wine in Black, Vinexus und Vicampo (incl. Weinfürst) übernommen hat und mit seiner daraus formierten Viva Ecommerce Group 2021 auf 100 Mio. Euro und mehr gekommen sein dürfte.
Im Börsenprospekt (PDF) schreibt die Viva Wine Group jetzt auch, was es jeweils bezahlt hat: rund 4,6 Mio. Euro für Wine in Black, 4 Mio. Euro für Vinexus und 125 Mio. Euro für Vicampo (dabei entsprechen 10 SEK ungefähr 1 Euro):
“On 1 January 2019, Viva Wine Group AB acquired 100% of the shares and votes in Wine in Black GmbH. Based in Germany, the company is active in wine E-commerce in Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands. The company was acquired to develop a new business segment in E-commerce outside the Nordic region. Wine in Black has total assets of SEK 26.1 million and full-year net sales of SEK 90.0 million. The purchase consideration amounted to SEK 48.7 million and was paid in cash.
On 30 November 2020, Viva Wine Group AB acquired 100% of the shares and votes in Vinexus GmbH. The group of comprises in Germany, which comprises Vinexus GmbH, Wine Logistix GmbH and Shiraz & Co GmbH, is active in wine E-commerce and third-party logistics related to wine E-commerce. The companies were acquired to strengthen the Group’s position in E-commerce. Vinexus GmbH has total assets of SEK 19.3 million and full-year net sales of SEK 39.9 million. The purchase consideration amounted to EUR 4 million and was paid in cash.
On 3 August 2021, Viva Wine Group AB acquired 100% of the shares and votes in the German company Vicampo.de GmbH. The company is an e-commence actor and operates two online shopping platforms – Vicampo and Weinfürst – with sales in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands and France. Both of these platforms target the lower price segment and thus complement Viva Wine Group’s existing business, which is targeted at a higher price segment. This acquisition also provides Viva Wine Group with a leading market position in Germany. The company expects positive synergy effects by coordinating the operation of these companies and the platforms. Vicampo.de GmbH has total assets of SEK 374.3 million. The purchase consideration amounted to SEK 1,314.6 million and was paid in cash.“

Zur Orientierung: Hawesko erzielte 2020 laut Geschäftsbericht (PDF) im E-Commerce-Segment (ohne Hawesko selber) 104 Mio. Euro, davon 62 Mio. Euro mit Vinos und knapp 10 Mio. Euro mit WirWinzer.
Im Weinhandel war die Viva Wine Group 2021 nicht der einzige Börsengang (“Weinclub Winc will mit $65 Mio. (+78%) Umsatz an die Börse”).
