€ wachsen will”).

“The Associate Director, Last Mile Logistics will be responsible for launching a last mile logistics hub in the Chicago area and creating a playbook for deployment of similar facilities in other metropolitan areas in the US.

In setting up the Chicago operations, s/he will create the process for receiving and sorting of packages, set up overall material flow in the building, manage third party providers of drivers and vehicles, and ensure on-time customer delivery of packages departing from the hub.

Responsibility will also include preparing standard work and route assignments for staff, handling disruptions, enforcing the highest standards for safety, and delivering results on agreed KPIs and goals for the operation.

This leader will also hire and develop a team of 4-6 direct hub employees, and indirectly manage approximately 20-30 drivers through a third party staffing provider.

Once operations in Chicago are launched and scaled, s/he will be responsible for introducing last mile operations in other metropolitan markets based on the playbook and standard work developed in Chicago.

Responsibility will include hiring and managing a team of 4-6 other Logistics Hub leaders to head deployments in agreed cities. S/he will contribute to the strategic vision of HelloFresh Logistics to improve delivery experience for all customers.”
